OneMix Rapid Set Concrete

OneMix RapidSet is a ready to use proportioned blend of cement, aggregate, sand and additives designed to rapidly harden without any mixing
• No mixing is required, just add clean water
• Will harden in 15 minutes when used as directed
• Compressive strength of 25MPa when fully cured
• Ideal for setting fence posts, clothes lines, letter boxes and ofcourse Skyforts, playsets and other forts
• Also suitable for other non-structural uses around the home and garden where fast setting is required, such as securing poles and logs

Directions for Use
• Pre-wet the post hole to limit absorption into the ground. Correctly position the post in the hole and provide support.
• Measure out 2.8 litres of clean water and pour into the hole. Add half the bag of OneMix Rapid Set ensuring it is evenly distributed around the post. Tamp with a rod or stick.
• Add the remaining half bag and tamp again. Leave the post supports in place for at least 45 minutes. If more than one bag is required, repeat the process.
• Setting time of concrete is affected by extreme temperature. Avoid mixing and placing concrete below 5°C or above 35°C. Coverage
1 bag (20kg) = 0.01 cubic metre
100 bags (20kg) = 1.0 cubic metre

1 x 20kg bag will fill:
400mm deep hole for a 100 x 100mm post or a 75 x 75mm post

1.5 bags will fill
600mm deep hole for a 100 x 100mm post or a 75x75mm post
